USCIC publishes new Form I-9 and Federal W-4 Forms
Nonprofit and Church Legal Trends - Free Edition - January February 2009 (free edition)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published and announced that a NEW version of Form I-9 will take effect for new hires on February 2, 2009. ALL employers, regardless of size, are required to fill one out for each new employee. In addition, all companies will be required to use the new 2009 Federal W-4 Forms for all employees.
