In another direct opinion, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has illustrated that Court’s view that ministers of the Salvation Army are not protected by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and not entitled to additional compensation for running an Adult Rehabilitation Center in Indianapolis.
